Most documents can be notarized online, including wills, power of attorney, affidavits, real estate documents, immigration paperwork, loan signing documents, and business contracts. The only exception is certain government-issued vital records that require in-person processing.

Most sessions are completed in 15 to 30 minutes. You will need a valid government-issued photo ID, a stable internet connection, and your document ready to upload. We handle the rest.

What is an apostille and do I need one?+

An apostille is an official government certification that authenticates a document for use in foreign countries that are members of the Hague Convention. You need one if you are using a US document abroad — for immigration, education, business, or legal purposes. We help prepare and coordinate apostille requests through the NC Secretary of State.
